Do funded retrofit programmes really need a retrofit coordinator?+
Yes — PAS 2035 requires a retrofit coordinator on any publicly funded domestic retrofit, and TrustMark lodgement depends on it. But the role is more than compliance: insulation, ventilation, heating and airtightness interact, and a coordinator sequences the measures so each one helps the next instead of trapping moisture in the walls you just paid to insulate.
Which funding streams do you work with?+
Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (formerly SHDF), Warm Homes: Local Grant (formerly HUG), and ECO4 — including flex referrals. We design measures to each programme's cost caps and prepare the property-level evidence packs funders and auditors expect, lodged and traceable.
